Bill Pritchard recently helped his client City Graphics lease a 5000 sf in their building at 3139 Westinghouse Blvd. to Tire Solutions, a wholesale distributor. City Graphics asked Bill to find a strong company interested in taking the space in as-is condition in order to avoid large upfront costs. Tire Solutions was a good fit and both the tenant and the landlord were satisfied with the lease terms.
