Bill Pritchard recently assisted SIT Indeva, an Italian based manufacturer, with their search and relocation from the airport area to a new 20,000 square foot space developed by Childress Klein, located at 11540 Cordage Street. Bill Pritchard has enjoyed a 10 year relationship with SIT, and the decision to relocate came after many discussions on the market and searches for the appropriate space.

The Cordage Street property offers a much desired end cap with lots of glass, multiple dock high doors and ramp, 28 foot clear height for anticipated high storage racks, extra parking, and an excellent location in Southwest Mecklenburg near the interstate.
