Bill Pritchard recently assisted Rupert Waterproofing, located in a  40,000 square foot facility at Texland Business Park,  with their lease renewal. The space offers both dock and drive in capability at a reasonable price. Bill initially found the space for Rupert 10 years ago, and the space continues to work well.
