B & B Oil Company, a Georgia based company that delivers fuel to commercial users in several states, recently renewed their lease at Reventures Park. Several years ago, Bill Pritchard located a hard to find freestanding facility with extra paved land for trucks and storage that worked well for B & B. The new lease term negotiated by Bill will give B & B assurance that it can continue to grow comfortably without the interruption of having to relocate.
Rupert Waterproofing, a family owned Commercial Waterproofing company recently renewed its lease at Texland Commerce Center, owned by Silver Investments. Bill assisted Rupert 10 years ago with their relocation to the space, and assisted with the negotiations to renew for another term. The space has always worked well, allowing both dock high and drive in loading in a relatively small (5000 sf) space, with very close access to I77.
