Bill Pritchard assisted Nordgear Corporation, an international company that produces specialized gears and motors for industry, with negotiating an expansion of their facility at Nations Ford Business Park.  Total square feet leased was 38,000 sf at reasonable market rate. The expansion satisfies the company’s long term need for more office space and operating room without having to move the current operation, due to the adjacent space coming available.
