After patiently marketing and fielding offers for 3925 Beasley Lane in Charlotte, a 15,000 sf warehouse on 3.5 acres near I85 and Statesville Avenue, Bill Pritchard, representing the owners, negotiated the sale of the property recently to a local developer.

The owners, Pastor Darryl Grant and the Kingdom Builders Church, emphasized that they were not in a hurry to sell and eventually accepted an offer very close to their 1.5 million price. The new owner has been excellent to work with and is being very accommodative in the transition for the Church.
