Bill Pritchard recently assisted Contour Products with renewing their 24,000 sf lease at West Point Business Park. Contour was looking to keep their term limited to 3 years for flexibility, have some structural issues addressed, and keep a reasonable rate relative to the rising rental rates being seen in the market.  CP was able to accomplish all 3 goals.
