WHO WE ARE
Bill Pritchard is a native Charlottean who has worked in the local commercial and industrial real estate market for over 20 years, averaging about 20 leases, sales and listings each year.
Bill received his BS in Math-Economics from Wake Forest University and an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill. His previous work experience includes working for Ferguson Enterprises, a national plumbing wholesaler in their sales management training program and for Systems Craft, a Chapel Hill based startup modular construction company that created an innovative building process allowing commercial buildings to be disassembled and moved from one location and reassembled to another location.
Bill began his commercial real estate brokerage career in 1988 with the largest company in town, now known as CB Commercial. Six years later, he started his own firm, and has enjoyed a fulfilling career assisting companies of all sizes with their industrial space needs. His customers have ranged from small family businesses to subsidiaries of fortune 100 companies. He provides both strong market knowledge and negotiations skills with a lot of experience that allow his customers to make good real estate decisions. He has also developed an excellent reputation in Charlotte for helping building and land owners sell or lease their properties.
Aside from his work in commercial real estate, Bill enjoys volunteering his time at his children’s schools, and his family was named the Volunteer Family of the Year at Myers Park Traditional School.
